After 10 minutes, the teacher asks the students that are you finished reading, if they say yes the teacher asks the students to share their ideas and thoughts about what they understood from the text, if not the teacher gives students 2 minutes extra time. While some of students sharing their ideas about the text the teacher writes them as phrases such as ‘’Cameron-young doctor, Chase-high school student’’ on the board one by one to help students easily remember the main ideas. After some of the students shared their ideas about the text, the teacher tells them that, now you will read the text quickly again individually but this time you need to find specific details in the text, you can use a dictionary for the words you don’t know and if you are confused with a point please ask me, you have 10 minutes. While the students reading the text for specific details the teacher monitors them and helps if they ask or need. After ten minutes, the teacher asks the students are you finished if they say yes the teacher asks them to share what they found in terms of specific details in the text, if not the teacher gives them 2 minutes extra time to finish reading the text.
