Pre- Writing Process
Before the
class the teacher asks students to bring their favorite toys to the class. When
the lesson starts he or she wants students to talk about their toys and why
this toy is their favorite. Firstly he or she chooses volunteer students and
then some reluctant students. If it is not work, the students divided into
groups and this time they talk about their toys with their friends. Then
teacher says the students what they know about their friends’ toy and wants
them to write some simple sentences to talk about their friends’ favorite toys.
P.S: The teacher should not forget that every student may not bring a toy or a
student doesn’t even a toy so he or she should prepare some extra toys to these
students and also as another choice The teacher says the students to share
their toys with their friends. I believe that this also improves their
friendship and teaches them some morals as well.
While- Writing stage:
Firstly, The teacher shows the students some advertisement samples for
different kinds of toys. Then, he or she wants them to write an advertisement
by drawing their favourite toy, and by using some sentences. They should do it
themselves first. Then they share their advertisements with their friends in
front of the class.
Post-Writing Stage:
The teacher collects the advertisements and gives them to different
students, and wants them to check and give feedback to their friends. They
write their opinions on each advertisements. They can enjoy this activitiy since
they perform like a teacher.
