Objectives :

ü    Students will be able to make sentences using reported speech.

ü    Students will be able to convert sentences into reported speech.

Procedure : 

1.      T greets the Sts.He talks about what they are going to do in this lesson. (10 mins.)

2.     He introduces the topic of the day and starts to talk about reported speech.He writes some grammar points of reported speech and gives some examples using reported speech. (10 mins)

3.     Then he gives snippets of things that famous people have said about their lives and experiences. Students read them out loud and then take turns reporting what someone said : ‘’Einstein said peace could not be kept by force. He said it could only be achieved by understanding.’’ (20 mins)
