prepositions of times such as: at, on, from, in, ago and during.

the end of the lesson, students will be able to state their likes and dislikes
on the outside.

Stages of the Lesson:
Warm-Up (5’):

Teacher
draws students’ attention to the title of the lesson and asks them to guess
what they think the lesson is about.

elicits answers.
Introduction (2’):

Teacher
says the topic of the day.
Activity 1 (6’):

Teacher
draws students’ attention to the vocabulary activity.

Teacher
checks the answers with the class.

Teacher
elicits answers.
Activity 2 (6’):

Teacher
asks students to read through the dialogue and underline the prepositions of
time.

Teacher
elicits answers.

Teacher
asks students how the prepositions are used.

Activity 3 (6’):

asks students the questions and generates discussion.

tells students that they will listen to three people introducing themselves and
that they should try to decide what kind of TV show they are on.
